Protecting your data - basics:
Information according to Art 13 DSGVO
Your personal data that you provide in your enquiry by e-mail, enquiry form or via the pool configurator, these are in particular
Your master data (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, bank details)
the data in connection with the desired pool (plot size, equipment requirements, financing) that you provide us with, and
special categories of data such as health data,
are required for our services. We do not use profiling or automated decisions.
The legal bases for these data processing operations are as follows
the fulfilment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you,
consents obtained from you,
statutory, contractual or other legal obligations on our part (e.g. documentation rights and obligations under accounting, tax and customs law, contracts, reporting, legal disputes and § 96 TKG and
our legitimate interests (e.g. improving our customer service, including in the area of direct marketing, or protecting our own legal interests).
Theduration of the storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship, the consents you have given, and furthermore by the statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us. We emphasise that in the case of regular cooperation for our best possible customer service, we strive to know your customer requirements already communicated to us so well that we can satisfy you on an ongoing and permanent basis.
You can conveniently contact us via our chat module. The chat logs are stored exclusively on our server, are not passed on to third parties and are automatically deleted after 7 days. Your IP address is anonymised. The data transfer takes place via SSL encryption. Cookies are automatically deleted after 1 day.
Personal applicant data is processed exclusively for the purpose of filling the relevant vacancy. For this purpose, the name and contact details as well as submitted CVs and certificates are processed.
In principle, the applicant's personal data should not include the following information:
Health data (e.g. illnesses, pregnancy, etc.)
Ethnic and/or racial origin
Religious and/or ideological beliefs
Trade union affiliation
Details of sex life or sexual orientation
Should you nevertheless voluntarily provide us with sensitive data, you expressly consent to the processing of this data by us for the purpose of application and recruiting. If you have applied to us for an advertised position and no employment relationship is subsequently established, we will retain your application documents for a maximum of 6 months after the advertised position has been filled. Longer storage of your application documents requires your consent, which you can revoke at any time.
When you access our website, your access data is automatically collected and stored. This access data may include, in particular, the page accessed, the files viewed, the date and time of the access, the IP address of the user, data of the accessing computer, in particular the browser and the operating system, as well as the amount of data and the notification of the successful access. This access data is used by us for internal statistical purposes to ensure the security of our offer and to optimise the offer. If an illegal act is suspected, the access data will be evaluated to preserve evidence.
By entering your personal data in one of our contact forms, you consent to the transmission and storage and processing by us for the duration of the servicing of this specific enquiry. This applies in particular to your enquiries via contact form and e-mails that you send to us. We need this data to process your enquiry and in these cases also store your IP address for the purpose of preserving evidence. The data is stored for as long as is necessary to answer any additional or subsequent questions you or we may have.
Transfer to third parties / obligations of processors
Your personal data may be processed by us
within the company, taking into account the permissible uses,
to processors, as well as to third parties who need to be involved in the provision of the services you have requested, all of whom have committed to us to comply with the applicable data protection standards.
With the "IP anonymisation" function, your IP address is recorded by Google but immediately pseudonymised - e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits. This means that only a rough localisation is possible.
